Hajj Agents:

During Hajj, an introduction letter to the Ministry of Hajj, Saudi Arabia will need to be made on your stamped Letterhead. The Letter should introduce yourself, state your Limited Company Registration number, request permission to take x amount of pilgrims for the coming years Hajj season. This letter will then in turn need to be attested and legalised from various bodies before the Saudi Embassy will attest that all your paperwork is correct.
